A traditional Frankfurt sauce that works very well with grilled or barbecued meat. Very refreshing in the summer.
Ingredients:
Curly parsley
Borage
Burnet
Cress
Chervil
Chives
Sorrel
Creme fraiche
Natural yoghurt
Mustard
Lemon juice
Method:
Mix together equal amounts of yoghurt and creme fraiche to get a sauce-like consistency. Finely chop all the herbs and mix in.
