Nutella mousse

Ingredients: 

100g Nutella

25ml milk

1pot of Elmlea double cream (284ml)

½ tbsp cornflour 

1 ½ tbsp icing sugar

Method:

Stir the milk into the Nutella and put in microwave to soften the mixture (10 seconds should be enough)

Add the icing sugar and cornflour to the cream and whisk until it makes peaks.

Whisk in the Nutella and place in 2 ramekins 

Refrigerate.

To serve sprinkle with cocoa (hazelnuts can be added if liked)
