Ingredients:
500g flour
5 eggs
220ml warm water
Salt
Method:
Mix the ingredients until bubbles appear. Allow to stand for 10 minutes then whisk until formed into a very thick batter. Boil some water with some salt and use your fancy spätzle maker to drop the mixture in. Using a slotted spoon put the floating Spätzle into a dish.
Serving suggestion: Fry up some onions, add some grated Emmental or Comte and put into the oven for 20 minutes.
