Ingredients:
1 glass rye whiskey (or cheaper speyside)
1 dash gomme syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash absinthe
Method:
Stir the whiskey, syrup and bitters over ice. Pour into a coupe and add the absinthe.
