Tarragin
Ingredients:
Gin (botanical hints)
Tarragon
White sugar
Lime
Method:
Heat equal amount of sugar and water until dissolved then add tarragon leaves. Once it reaches a boil take of the heat and leave to steep for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes put in fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes. Pour the gin and tarragon syrup into a tumbler. Squeeze in lime, add ice and stir well. Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh tarragon tip.
