Smoked mackerel pate
Ingredients
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Cream cheese
1 Tbsp Plain yogurt
1 tsp Horseradish sauce
225 g Smoked mackerel
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, yoghurt and horseradish sauce together in a bowl
Flake the mackerel removing skin, season
Put pâté in individual dishes, sprinkle with paprika
Keep in fridge until needed (eat within a day)
Serve with oatcakes, watercress, or brown bread/ Melba toast and lemon wedges
