1 lb Potatoes,sliced
1 Onion, sliced
Salt & Pepper
15 g Dripping or butter
1/8 L Meat stock
200 g Corned beef, chopped
Melt the fat and fry the onions without browning.
Put the sliced potatoes and onion in an ovenproof dish, add the stock, season and put in a warm oven (180C) for about 1h or until,potatoes are tender
Check that the stock doesn't run out.
Add the corned beef and cook for a further 10-15 mn.
Serve with green vegetables and oatcakes
