Ingredients- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Horseradish sauce
- 225 g Smoked mackerel
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
Directions- Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, yoghurt and horseradish sauce together in a bowl
- Flake the mackerel removing skin, season
- Put pâté in individual dishes, sprinkle with paprika
- Keep in fridge until needed (eat within a day)
- Serve with oatcakes, watercress, or brown bread/ Melba toast and lemon wedges
