Smoked mackerel pate

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Horseradish sauce
  • 225 g Smoked mackerel
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika

Directions
  1. Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, yoghurt and horseradish sauce together in a bowl
  2. Flake the mackerel removing skin, season
  3. Put pâté in individual dishes, sprinkle with paprika
  4. Keep in fridge until needed (eat within a day)
  5. Serve with oatcakes, watercress, or brown bread/ Melba toast and lemon wedges
