Ingredients- 8 Canned Peaches halves
- 50 g Butter (Soft)
- 50 g caster sugar
- 50 g Dessicated coconut
- Jam sauce or strawberry coulis
Directions- Put the peaches halves without the syrup into an ovenproof dish hollow side up
- Blend butter, sugar and coconut together.
- Put into each half peach and heat under the grill for a few minutes (until top is slightly golden)
- Serve with hot or cold jam sauce (made with strawberry jam, the syrup from the peaches and a little arrowroot to thicken) or strawberry coulis
