Serves 2 Ingredients:2 Quails 500g grapes Onion Garlic Method: Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to your roasting tray. Season your quails and add on top of the onion and garlic. Cut your grapes in half and place in a layer tucked against your quails. Roast for 40 minutes. Serve with roast potatoes and parsnips. |
