Moroccan chicken

Ingredients: Serves 2

2 chicken breasts

Honey

Cinnamon

Cumin

4 Tomatoes

Chilli pepper

Lemon

Method:

Dice the chicken breast. Thinly slice the chilli. Add the chicken, chilli, honey and spices to a frying pan with some oil and fry until cooked. Finely chop 2 tomatoes and add to the dish. Coarsely chop the last tomatoes and add along with the squeezed lemon juice. Serve with bulgar wheat.
