Figs with cheese and Parma ham

4 ripe figs
80g goats cheese ( I used the soft skinless variety)
4 slices Parma ham

Wash and dry the figs, 
Cut the stalk  off and cut a cross in the top of each fruit,
Insert a slice of cheese in the cut, 
Wrap the fig in the Parma ham leaving the top uncovered.
Put in an ovenproof dish and cook in the oven on 180 for about 15-20 min.
Serve immediately
