Banana daiquiri

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
2 ripe bananas (the flavour really comes through so use ones of a ripeness that you would usually eat)
Ice
Rum
Lime
1 tbsp sugar

Method:
Chop the banana into a blender. Add the juice from one lime. Add a sufficient amount of rum for two drinks and the sugar. Tip in about 10-12 ice cubes, this is the mixer component and will be crushed so don't stint. Blend slowly for 10 seconds then fast until the ice is all crushed and the drink has firmed. Serve with paper umbrella or a cherry and sparklers.
