Banana jam

Ingredients: (Makes 2 medium sized jars)
3 bananas
100g brown sugar
25ml water

Heat the sugar and water until it has formed a caramel. For best results do not sir the sugar. Add the bananas to the sugar and stir on a medium heat for 20-25 minutes. As the banana dissolves this should thicken the mixture. Add to sterilised jars.
