Frozen margarita

Ingredients:

Lemon juice drink

Tequila

Lime

Salt flakes

Method:

Freeze the lemon juice drink as soon as the summer is getting too hot. To salt the glasses rub some lime juice on the rim of the class and upend in the salt flakes. Put 3 lemon ice cubes, 5 regular ice cubes and a large shot of tequila into a blender. Squeeze in some lime then blend on an ice setting until you have the desired consistency. For hot days I prefer having some slightly larger chunks left. When pouring ensure you do not hit the salt on the rim. Best served whilst wearing a sombrero.
