Ingredients- 400 g Sliced mushrooms
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g plain flour
- 1100 ml Stock (lamb is good)
- Seasoning
Directions- Fry mushrooms in butter
- Add flour off the heat and stir (as making a white sauce)
- Add stock a little at a time, stirring all the time.
- Bring to the boil stirring all the time
- Reduce heat, simmer for about 20 mns.
- Cool and put in blender to make smooth mixture.
- Reheat to serve with garlic or cheesy croûtons
